Harmonic Highlights – March 2025“Worm (Blood) Moon” |
“March’s full Moon goes by the name Worm Moon. Commonly, this name was thought to be referred to the earthworms that appear as the soil warms in spring. However, more research revealed that the name “Worm Moon” refers to a different sort of “worm”—beetle larvae—which begin to emerge from the thawing bark of trees and other winter hideouts at this time.
This is also more than just another full Moon! This month, there will be a Total Lunar Eclipse, also known as a Blood Moon, which occurs when the Earth aligns between the Sun and the Moon, casting a reddish shadow over the Moon.”- Read more: Almanac.com |

Gallery Night MKE: April 11 & 12th
Join us next month as we participate in Gallery Night MKE for the second time! In January, we featured artwork from Nemo Edwards and this month we are excited to be displaying some of our very own pieces. |
| The “Heartbeat of Our Tapestry” – which was initially unveiled at our “A Night to Shine” gala last December – will be featured in our space for up close and personal viewing!
The tapestry, which was constructed by Milwaukee-based designer Alyssa Neff, features original artwork created by our workshop participants at various “Harmonic Hubs” across the city when we first launched on 414 Day last year. |

By coming to view the piece in person, attendees will have the opportunity to fully take in the detail, beauty and craftsmanship of the artwork and the tapestry itself, as well as read the heartfelt “Silver Lining Stories” that inspired them! |

Meet Our “Weavers”The threads are coming together – after interviewing several amazing candidates, our Creative Program and Fundraising Associates, a.k.a. “Weavers” have been selected! |
| | When our newest team members first came together, we kicked things off by “weaving silver linings” with a fun and interactive ice-breaker.
This thread represents something far greater than fabric—it reflects the invisible bonds we form through collaboration, support, and shared vision.
We’re excited to see how this growing team weaves new connections, elevates our mission, and helps take Harmonic Harvest to new heights! |

Construction Update: Progress Underway! |
| Last month we shared that our amazing and generous donation of furniture, fixtures and supplies for our HQ from Bottega Veneta’s Chicago boutique had finally arrived! Since then, we have been closed for construction as we prepare for our grand opening.
With the help of our Weavers and contractors, we now have the shelving up and have began filling them with new inventory!
We’ve also made progress on our Renaissance Threads workshop area, which is where we will host in-house workshops during store hours. |

We’re Expanding! HH Offices & Atelier |
| In addition to opening our marketplace, gallery and creative programming space, we are excited to announce that we are expanding to a second unit in the Marshall Building! |
This secondary space will house our offices and conference rooms as well as our very own atelier, which is where we will assemble our tapestries.
Aligning with our values of honoring and highlighting craftsmanship, this space will allow us to not only showcase that with our tapestries, but also provide a space for other local designers and artists to be able to continue to develop their craft.
Stay tuned for more updates! |

| RTW: One MKE “Your Ballot, Your Future” |
| This week we participated in One MKE’s “Your Ballot, Your Future” event at MATC’s Downtown campus, which focused on spreading awareness of the 2025 Wisconsin Spring Election.
This was Harmonic Harvest’s first time having our program be a breakout session and it was an honor to be apart of such an important cause! |

RTW: UW-Madison Golf x First Tee WI |

This marks the first time we’ve collaborated with a team for Renaissance Threads, and we couldn’t be more excited! Seeing the connections formed, the silver linings shared, and the memories made reinforced why we do this work.
Special shout out to HH’s newest Weavers, Christina, Jade, and Jennifer for helping with this workshop. It was their first experience with this program and Jade’s very first day with HH – they did an amazing job! |

At HH, together, we are weaving a tapestry of silver linings! Join us in sowing the seeds of positive change, one social gathering at a time. |
